Led department of more than 100 people including nine staff members (Media Director, Audio Director, Lighting Director, Stage Designer/Producer and five Worship Leaders) and about 100 volunteer instrumentalists, vocalists and various A/V tech specialists. Oversaw all professional audio, lighting, video and broadcasting/streaming systems across campus including three auditorium-style venues with seating ranging from 800 to 1,200 people each. Weekly responsibilities included leading worship team and congregation of 1,500-2,500 through worship portion of weekly services; preparing song sets and associated team materials; directing rehearsals and managing staff and volunteer schedules. Oversaw special productions throughout the year that went above and beyond the experience of weekly services which involved creating and developing engaging original content and both leading our in-house teams and hiring/directing professional outside talent to help pull them off. Managed an annual budget of $100,000. Other duties included: recruiting, interviewing, auditioning, hiring and developing staff and volunteers; writing and arranging original songs for use during services and special productions and producing professional-level recordings for album releases and streaming services. Also headed up initiative to start streaming services once COVID hit.

Responsible for creation and production of marketing, promotional and sales materials. Managed team of marketing artists and their daily production schedules to efficiently meet graphics needs of all Post-Gazette business departments. Directed freelance designers, photographers and illustrators on per-project basis. Worked with various printers and vendors and maintained ongoing business relationships with those used frequently. Scope of design work included: ads, brochures, flyers, posters, logos, websites, sales kits, direct mail, signage, events and various Post-Gazette-branded products.
